John Peter Santos Mactal founded ZNJ Fire Safety Limited Inc. on July 2014. Whilst he dreamt of becoming a public servant as a police, he pursue what his family is engaged with – manufacturing and distribution of fire extinguishers, PPEs and related products, where he was trained and became well-experienced as technician, delivery man, collector, driver and leader, he eventually applied for his own licenses as a manufacturer. Attributed with exceptional skills in fire extinguisher assemblage, an expert in road short cuts and good rapport to clients, he ensures to continuously provide and deliver quality products and services.
Zarah Austria Mactal has been a consistent Dean’s Lister of College of Arts and Sciences – AB Mass Communication, graduated as Cum Laude (with exemption in the Civil Service examination) in Lyceum of Batangas now Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas. Garnered added skills on communication while in call centers and the real estate industry, she currently monitors the Quality Management System in the company.
Mark Laurence Santos Mactal finished Business Management in Baliuag University. His good telemarketing skills, which he willingly imparts to co-workers, contributed well to the company sales, developed and equipped his trainees with knowledge on the promotion of products. Looking forward of expanding his horizon, extend and maximize his talent, he also started setting up his own company. At present, he maintains his position as Head of Purchasing Department.
Michelle Reyes Hipolito took up Entrepreneurial Management in Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Pulilan. Having been in the company for almost three (3) years, she has honed her communication skills and adapted strategies to enhance her craft online and in telemarketing. Currently holds the position as Quality Control Officer and leading the Production Team, she also manages to resolve escalated calls in the Sales Department.
Jeraldine Calderon Auring got the degree on Information Technology in her well-loved alma mater, Baliuag University. Her computer skills play a big role in data recording while experiencing advancement in recent fast-pacing technology. Assigned as the Document Control and Personnel Officer, she keeps the system updated manually and electronically.
